PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE – To develop a comprehensive multi-media service to support filmmakers, and executive producers with writing, production management and  my diverse production organization skills-from pre-production to post-production. To also assist businesses with growth through marketing strategies, social media marketing, writing and promotional video content and any related needs. This will be exercised through my extensive knowledge of television production, sales, promotion, purchasing, planning, designing, budgeting analysis and leadership expertise. Thus making use of my innate ability to be creative and innovative, while simultaneously giving focus to my excellent customer service and people skills. CAREER SUMMARY – Managed and lead the Programming Department at PBS Affiliates in the number 9 television market in the country. This involved creating and signing off on local production content. Served on several national and local documentary review panels where my extensive knowledge contributed to the content decisions for national and local broadcasts. I exercised excellent leadership and innovation abilities as Executive Producer in the development of content for On-Air broadcast. MOVING MOUNTAINS PRODUCTIONS, LLC Silver Spring, Maryland May 2012-Present

Title: Independent Contractor.

Sole screenwriter for feature comedic drama, “Rap Life Exchange (w.t.)” scheduled to go into production in late 2016.

As Associate Producer for the film project, “Solomon Dasko”, coordinated crowd funding campaign and perks fulfillment. Communicated with major donors in order to raise funds for the film. Brought attention to the film through social media marketing and direct marketing. Identified and booked shooting locations. Sourced below the line crew for the project and some cast.

Supervised each film scene to ensure accurate dialog, and continuity. Also, maintained stringent records of each shot taken to facilitate the post-production process as Script Supervisor: Eustress Entertainment, LLC – “Ode to Rosa”.

Facilitated casting auditions, Researched and booked shooting locations, managed entire cast and crew including executing pay roll, completed and filed SAG union paperwork, marketed film for distribution, coordinated the planning of film’s red-carpet premiere event as Associate Producer with Travestee Films – “The City of Lost Souls”.

Title: Director of Broadcast Services

Developed and designed presentations as well as sat on panels for a variety of foreign national broadcaster groups such as, but no limited to, the countries of Africa, China, Middle Eastern and Caribbean nations for the purpose of teaching them how to develop innovative, educational and community focused programming strategies

Hand selected by WHUT’s General Manager to be an intricate member of the Independent Television Service for nationally televised documentary series. The position called for providing important and relevant reviews, resulting in the selection of episodes that would be televised during the present season.

Established contact and interfaced directly with local as well as national producers to analyze and construct viable contracts that resulted in the green lighting of several successful films

Provided Leadership, guidance and insight on several WHUT community focused productions. Serving as Executive Producer on these long-form local productions, highlighting community health care, providing free concerts with nationally known music artist, as well as the communities various art forms.

Produced and provided voice over for television promotional spots, insuring that quality of the voice over meant the specific requirements for the WHUT customers and affiliates

Responsible for the entire production process of the Closed Circuit Campus Network. Tasked with instructing, guidance and delegation of staff members comprised entirely of Howard University College students.
